In this webinar, school psychologists will learn how to write reports that are comprehensive, strengths-based, and user-friendly and will be provided with useful tools to ensure that the skills they learn in this session can readily be applied in their practice in order to enhance their report writing skills and increase the quality and impact of their reports. School psychologists will receive:

The Psyched Services Assessment Matrix, which provides guidance for comprehensive evaluation planning
The Psyched Services Report Writing Style Guide, which provides relevant formatting and proofreading guidelines for psychoeducational reports to increase readability and user-friendliness
The Psyched Services Key Components Checklist: Comprehensive, Strengths-Based, User-Friendly Report Writing, which provides a checklist for ensuring that reports meet the standards for full and complete evaluation, inclusion of a student’s strengths, and adherence to the style guide
The Psyched Services Implementation Guide: Comprehensive, Strengths-Based, User-Friendly Report Writing, which provides implementation guidance for using these resources as well as examples of inclusion of student strengths in the background, observations, body, summary, and recommendations sections of reports

Staci Suits

Staci graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University, Class of 1994, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Humanities, and from Florida State University, Class of 1997, with a Master of Science in Counseling and Human Systems and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in School Psychology. She also completed a post-graduate certification program in School Neuropsychology in 2021 and holds diplomate status in School Neuropsychology from the American Board of School Neuropsychology. Staci is slated to graduate with her Ed.D. in School Psychology in August 2024 from Loyola University Chicago.

Staci worked as a school psychologist in Florida public schools for more than twenty years, and has a private practice in which she specializes in neurodiversity affirming, strengths-based school neuropsychological evaluations. She also has experience as a content developer at a nationally renowned ed-tech company in which she drafted and edited teacher-facing materials related to assessment implementation guidance. Staci works as a content specialist at Psyched Services collaborating with the team on new and existing content that maximizes the impact school psychologists, special education directors, and families have on their students, children, and schools.

When she is not working or doing school work, Staci loves to spend time with her husband, son, two dogs, and cat. She and her family enjoy cultural activities, live music, trying new restaurants, and outdoor activities.

Rachael Payne

Rachael is a licensed educational psychologist and credentialed school psychologist who is in her tenth year of working with children and in schools. She is also a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology in the state of Texas, where she has worked in districts in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston areas. Rachael has experience in multiple roles and has experience in psychological and psycho- educational evaluations, functional behavior assessments, and crisis response. She loves collaborating with other evaluators, teachers, parents, and children to discover the best path and program so that they can succeed. Outside of work, Rachael loves to travel and has spent multiple months traipsing around Europe with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her teenage son, who she is teaching to bake, and playing with their dog and cat.
